  1. Documentary exhibition. As part of the event titled \u201cReligious Dissent in Albania during the Years 1967\u20131990,\u201d held on May 30, 2019, in Tirana<\/strong>, with the participation of representatives from religious communities, AIDSSH exhibited archival documents on the persecution of Catholic, Orthodox, Muslim, and Bektashi clergy.

  2. \u201cThe Untold Stories of Lushnj\u00eb.\u201d A photographic and archival exhibition on the persecution by the State Security in the villages of the interned in Myzeqe, opened on August 18, 2019, in Lushnj\u00eb<\/strong>. AIDSSH, in cooperation with the Municipality of Lushnj\u00eb, the Institute for the Integration of the Persecuted, the Anti-Communist Association of Politically Persecuted, survivors, institutions, and active civil society, launched the commemorative week \u201cDignity in the Face of Totalitarianism, August 2019,\u201d organized in the framework of August 23, the European Day of Remembrance for Victims of Totalitarian Regimes, and August 30, the International Day of the Disappeared. The exhibition, with archival materials, presented dozens of State Security files on the persecution of the anti-communist factor in the Lushnj\u00eb area, many of them shown for the first time.

  3. \u201cCommunist Persecution in the Lushnj\u00eb Area\u201d<\/strong>, a photographic exhibition featuring the profiles of those interned in the villages of Lushnj\u00eb, and an exhibition with archival materials from AIDSSH held on August 19, 2019<\/strong>.

  4. \u201cCommunist Persecution in the Belsh Area\u201d<\/strong>, a documentary exhibition with archival materials from AIDSSH. Held on August 21, 2019<\/strong>, BELSH<\/strong>. In cooperation with the Municipality of Belsh, interest groups, and survivors of persecution, AIDSSH carried out the first phase of the Local Dialogue in Belsh, an area where internees were relocated from the Tepelen\u00eb camp and elsewhere, and also home to the women\u2019s prison, which included prisoners of conscience. The documentary exhibition with archival materials from the Belsh area and the women\u2019s prison was presented along the town\u2019s promenade.

  5. Documentary exhibition, as part of the \u201cCommemorative Days,\u201d held on August 23, 2019, in Tepelen\u00eb<\/strong>.

  6. \u201cThe Imperfect Past\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 an exhibition on the communist dictatorship. The exhibition, featuring profiles of those who disappeared under the dictatorship, was opened at the National Historical Museum on August 19, 2019<\/strong> as part of the International Day of Human Rights, organized by AIDSSH in cooperation with the Institute for the Integration of Former Politically Persecuted Persons and ICMP (International Commission on Missing Persons).

  7. Documentary exhibition with archival materials from the P\u00ebrmet area held on December 13, 2019, in P\u00ebrmet<\/strong>. AIDSSH, in cooperation with the Municipality of P\u00ebrmet and the Anti-Communist Association of Politically Persecuted Persons, organized the first Dialogue on Dictatorship meeting in the city of P\u00ebrmet. AIDSSH exhibited archival materials from the area, including processing registers, evidence books, processing files, investigative-judicial files, and management files from various parts of P\u00ebrmet.
