This applies to information collected in relation to:\"<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\"Complainants who submit complaints regarding their claims;\"<\/li>\n\n<li>\"Requesters;\"<\/li>\n\n<li>\"Other individuals who submit various requests for information, consultation, etc.\"<\/li>\n\n<li>\"Visitors to our website.\"<\/li>\n\n<li>\"Employment candidates, our current employees, and former employees.\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\"INDIVIDUALS WHO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO AIDSSH\"<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<br \/>\"When a complaint is submitted by an individual, it is recorded in a separate register by the relevant staff member, who has previously signed a confidentiality statement and is familiar with the content of the institution's code of ethics approved by\u00a0<strong>AIDSSH<\/strong>\u00a0\"as well as with the regulation on the collection, processing, storage, and security of personal data. We use the personal data we collect solely for the purpose of reviewing the complaint and monitoring the quality of the services we provide. We may compile and publish statistics showing information such as the number of complaints received, but not in a way that identifies any individual. Personal data included in complaint files is retained in accordance with the law and our data retention policy. It is kept in a secure environment, and access is restricted based on the principle of 'need to know.' When we issue recommendations or impose sanctions on the data controller, we may publish their identity in the annual report or in periodic press notices. We use the details of the data provided and retain them to deliver the service to the subject, including for cases requested by the subject for other purposes closely related to it. When we respond to an individual who has previously requested information regarding a thesis topic, we may use their data to assess whether the person or persons are satisfied with the level of service they received.
