P\u00ebr ta arritur q\u00ebllime politike, partia b\u00ebri reform\u00ebn agrare , por edhe pas realizimit t\u00eb saj nuk kishte arritur t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte politikisht.&nbsp; P\u00ebrfitimi politik konceptohej prej saj q\u00eb fshatar\u00ebt q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrfituar jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb ishin mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs partis\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb luftonin familjet e ish pronar\u00ebve nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin p\u00ebrfituar. P\u00ebrkundrazi d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb partis\u00eb, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes k\u00ebtyre dy grupeve mbet\u00ebn miq\u00ebsore . Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se reforma agrare e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb mbret\u00ebris\u00eb kishte kishte zbutur tensionet sociale me parimin e saj t\u00eb pajtimit t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb bujkut dhe pronarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dukej qart\u00eb se q\u00ebllimi i partis\u00eb komuniste nuk ishte dh\u00ebnia e tok\u00ebs fshatar\u00ebsis\u00eb pa tok\u00eb, por shtet\u00ebzimi i tok\u00ebs n\u00eb form\u00ebn e kooperativave bujq\u00ebsore. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb 1946 kur mbaroi reforma agrare, filloi kolektivizimi i bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe zhveshja e fshatar\u00ebve nga pron\u00ebsia dhe posedimi i tok\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reforma Agrare dhe ndalimi i shitblerjes s\u00eb saj apo dh\u00ebnia me qera zhduk\u00ebn klasat, por nuk arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb eliminonin ndikimin e familjeve dhe njer\u00ebzve me influenc\u00eb q\u00eb njiheshin si paria lokale. Ndikimi i tyre nuk buronte nga meritat, tradita dhe autoriteti moral e historik i tyre n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr vendin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.&nbsp; Politika staliniste n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi; p\u00ebr\u00e7arja e fshatar\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas prishjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Jugosllavin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1948, Partia e Pun\u00ebs u orientua drejt Bashkimit Sovjetik, duke zbatuar n\u00eb fshat tez\u00ebn leniniste: \u201cmb\u00ebshtetje tek fshatari i varf\u00ebr, aleanc\u00eb me fshatarin e mes\u00ebm, luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr kulakut.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo platform\u00eb, e miratuar n\u00eb Kongresin e Par\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Komuniste t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e detajuar n\u00eb Kongresin e Kooperativave Bujq\u00ebsore, kishte si synim p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen e fshatar\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb kontrollin politik t\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukur p\u00ebrfundimisht ndikimin e paris\u00eb lokale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pas Reform\u00ebs Agrare, nuk ekzistonin m\u00eb fshatar\u00eb t\u00eb pasur q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb quheshin \u201ckulak\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb kuptimin klasik rus t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar linj\u00ebn ideologjike sovjetike, Enver Hoxha hartoi nj\u00eb dokument me 18 pika, ku p\u00ebrcaktonte kriteret p\u00ebr t\u2019u cil\u00ebsuar si kulak.&nbsp;&nbsp; Mjaftonin tri prej k\u00ebtyre pikave q\u00eb nj\u00eb person t\u00eb merrte k\u00ebt\u00eb etiketim. Kriteri kryesor ishte influenca e tij apo e familjes \u2013 pra, pik\u00ebrisht tipari q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruante parin\u00eb lokale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Faza e p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb opinionit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb vitit 1949, propaganda e Partis\u00eb u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn kund\u00ebr kulak\u00ebve, edhe pse nuk dihej se kush ishe kulaku. N\u00eb prill t\u00eb atij viti, gazeta Z\u00ebri i Popullit i b\u00ebnte thirrje organizatave t\u00eb Partis\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb mobilizoheshin n\u00eb luft\u00eb p\u00ebr ta zhveshur kulakun nga influenca e tij.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kulak\u00ebt p\u00ebrshkruheshin si \u201carmiq t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm t\u00eb pushtetit popullor\u201d, q\u00eb duheshin demaskuar e izoluar.&nbsp; N\u00eb shkrimin \u201cKund\u00ebr kulakut, me fshatar\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr e t\u00eb mes\u00ebm\u201d, theksohej se fshatar\u00ebsia duhej par\u00eb si e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb tri shtresa: t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, t\u00eb mes\u00ebm dhe kulak\u00eb, ku t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin \u201carmiqt\u00eb e socializmit\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr tyre, Enver Hoxha deklaronte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKarshi armikut s\u2019ka l\u00ebshime, as m\u00ebshir\u00eb, as frik\u00eb se gabohesh. Kurr\u00eb nuk gabohesh t\u00eb jesh i ashp\u00ebr kund\u00ebr armikut t\u00eb klas\u00ebs.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, Partia Komuniste krijoi nj\u00eb armik t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm politik: parin\u00eb lokale, e cila, e damkosur si \u201ckulake\u201d, u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb objekt t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave dhe t\u00eb eliminimit sistematik t\u00eb ndikimit t\u00eb saj n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore e politike t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Fushata e shpalljes kulak\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1950-1951 n\u00eb faqz\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, at\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb fshatar\u00ebve kulak\u00eb, t\u00eb demaskimeve publike, t\u00eb hedhjes s\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb dyfishta, t\u00eb burgosjeve dhe ekzekutimeve n\u00eb grupe dhe izolimeve politike, nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si n\u00eb Rusin\u00eb e viteve \u201930. Pas vitit 1967 filluan d\u00ebnimet p\u00ebr brezin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara kulak. Edhe bijt\u00eb e tyre po I d\u00ebnonin si baballar\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i d\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshinin n\u00eb grupe. D\u00ebshmi t\u00eb krimeve shtet\u00ebrore jan\u00eb platformat e Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, dosjet e p\u00ebrpunimit, vendimet e d\u00ebnimit. Akuzat ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb d\u00ebnoheshin, si n\u00eb jug e veri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 1952, p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar izolimin e tyre, Partia shp\u00ebrndau kartat e antar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Frontin Demokratik, nd\u00ebrsa familjet e cil\u00ebsuara kulak nuk i pranuan. Terrori mbi ta \u00ebsht\u00eb i dokumentuar n\u00eb dokumentacionin dhe raportet e shumta q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb arkiva nga ajo koh\u00eb. \u201cN\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr kulak\u00ebve\u201d, \u2013 theksohej n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport, \u201c\u2026 jan\u00eb goditur njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mir\u00eb e patriot\u00eb duke u quajtur reaksionar\u00eb! \u00ebsht\u00eb goditur r\u00ebnd\u00eb fshatar\u00ebsia e mesme, aty k\u00ebtu edhe e varfra\u2026, nd\u00ebrsa intelektual\u00ebt, jan\u00eb goditur jasht\u00eb mase duke u futur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kall\u00ebp si reaksionar\u00eb\u201d.&nbsp; Megjith\u00eb raportet nga baza dhe ankesat e shumta, p\u00ebr Enver Hoxh\u00ebn nuk kishte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se kush cil\u00ebsohej kulak. \u201cKryesorja \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb forcojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhvillojm\u00eb luft\u00ebn e klasave \u2013 theksonte ai. Po t\u00eb zhvillohet si duhet kjo luft\u00eb, do t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb shesh edhe kush \u00ebsht\u00eb kulaku\u201d.&nbsp; Partia e Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Sigurimi i Shtetit i kishin regjistruar familjet e cil\u00ebsuara kulake n\u00eb rregjistra, si kontingjente armike, madje edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Bijt\u00eb dhe bijat e familjeve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara kulak\u00eb nuk lejoheshin t\u00eb vazhdonin shkollat e larta, nd\u00ebrsa martesat e tyre me antar\u00eb nga grupet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb me \u201cbiografi t\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d, ndaloheshin. N\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, asnj\u00eb pushtues nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sjell\u00eb k\u00ebshtu si komunist\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjith\u00eb terrorin barbar dhe varf\u00ebrin\u00eb e imponuar, Partia e Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk mundi ta ulte dinjitetin e tyre, edhe p\u00ebr shkak se populli i krahasonte me sjelljet arrogante dhe injoranc\u00ebn e antar\u00ebve t\u00eb partis\u00eb. Ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentuara n\u00eb dosjet e partis\u00eb s pun\u00ebs nga vet partia e pun\u00ebs. Persekutimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara kulak, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga krimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb historin\u00eb e komunizmit. Fakti q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb folur deri tani b\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs strukturat e shtetit shqiptar q\u00eb i ik\u00ebn pergjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar Partin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Ideologjizimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe artit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vuajtjet dhe tragjedit\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb u cil\u00ebsuan kulak\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb ishin kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrfshjir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb luft\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebt dhe artist\u00ebt e realizmit socialist.&nbsp; Q\u00eb nga viti 1949, Partia urdh\u00ebroi shkrimtar\u00ebt dhe artist\u00ebt t\u00eb pasqyronin politik\u00ebn zyrtare n\u00eb veprat e tyre sipas metodes se realizmit socialist.&nbsp;&nbsp; Ideologjia u b\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe artit, nd\u00ebrsa lufta kund\u00ebr \u201carmikut t\u00eb klas\u00ebs\u201d u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb tem\u00eb dominante. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar gjeneratat e reja dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb stigmatizuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e familjeve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara kulake, organizoheshin programe kulturore dhe artistike q\u00eb lavd\u00ebronin Partin\u00eb dhe denonconin \u201ckulakun\u201d, duke p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebng\u00eb, skena dhe poezi q\u00eb nxitnin ndarjen dhe p\u00ebrbuzjen shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto praktika ideologjike legjitimuan dhe p\u00ebrforcuan p\u00ebrjashtimin social dhe ekonomik t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb konsideroheshin armiq t\u00eb regjimit, nd\u00ebrsa kultura zyrtare u p\u00ebrdor si mjet i centralizuar i kontrollit dhe indoktrinimit. Projekti i inxhinieris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb veprat letrare karakterizohej nga subjektiviteti partish\u00ebm, prezantimi i heroit pozitiv, kontrasti me personazhet negativ\u00eb dhe fitorja e heroit sipas ideologjis\u00eb komuniste. Shembuj t\u00eb till\u00eb jan\u00eb \u201cToka Jon\u00eb\u201d e Kol\u00eb Jakov\u00ebs, \u201cBereqeti\u201d e Fatmir Gjat\u00ebs, \u201cAra n\u00eb Mal\u201d e Petro Markos, \u201cP\u00ebrballimi\u201d e Teodor La\u00e7os, si dhe shum\u00eb poezi, tregime dhe novela t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shum\u00eb nga k\u00ebto vepra u dramatizuan dhe u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb filma, nd\u00ebrsa u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb n\u00eb antologjit\u00eb e shkollave, duke sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr indoktrinimin ideologjik t\u00eb brezave t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish.&nbsp; Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nga familjet e cil\u00ebsuara kulake shpesh ngriheshin n\u00eb m\u00ebsim p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar temat e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i frik\u00ebsuar depersonalizuar e n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Shembulli m\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb drama \u201cToka Jon\u00eb\u201d e Kol\u00eb Jakov\u00ebs, e cila ndikoi n\u00eb ideologjizimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe n\u00eb krijimin e urrejtjes kund\u00ebr fshatar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar kulak\u00eb. Autori krijoi personazhin kryesor, Tu\u00e7 Maku, nga fantazia, por me synimin q\u00eb lexuesi apo shikuesi ta perceptonin si figur\u00eb reale. -P\u00ebr personazhin e Tu\u00e7it- shkruante ai \u2013 un\u00eb kisha parasysh kulak\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur t\u00eb Bregut t\u00eb Mat\u00ebs, si Gjo Nik Syku, Ded\u00eb Coku etj. Duke futur k\u00ebtu edhe figura t\u00eb tjera kulak\u00ebsh, arrita t\u00eb krijoja figur\u00ebn e Tu\u00e7 Makut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Arti i realizmit socialist nuk ngrinte realitetin n\u00eb art, por krijonte skena t\u00eb gat\u00ebshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar politik\u00ebn e partis\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare dhe p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdiorur artin si arm\u00eb kund\u00ebr njeriut. Kur drama u shfaq n\u00eb fshatar\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs e perceptuan ngjarjen si reale, pa e ditur se nuk kishte ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Kjo krijoi n\u00eb mendjet e tyre nj\u00eb realitet tjet\u00ebr, at\u00eb q\u00eb donte regjimi: urrejtje dhe izolim p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb ishin etiketuar si kulak\u00eb.&nbsp; Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb edhe fshatari i cil\u00ebsuar kulak tek filmi P\u00ebrballimi etj. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga karakteristikat kryesore q\u00eb e b\u00ebn let\u00ebrsin\u00eb e realizmit socialist nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm lufte dhe t\u00eb ideologjizimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. P\u00ebrfundime:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp; Lufta e klasave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb pa klasa, u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb terroriz\u00ebm shtet\u00ebror, pasi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrndjekjen e familjeve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara \u201ckulak\u00eb\u201du p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn institucionet shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb luft\u00eb politike, ekonomike, ideologjike dhe policore. Mohimi i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre familjeve p\u00ebr arsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkelje flagrante e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp; Let\u00ebrsia dhe arti i realizmit socialist ndikoi n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe n\u00eb ideologjizimin e brezit t\u00eb ri duke shkaktuar vuajtje q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp; Edhe pse let\u00ebrsia e realizmit socialist ka r\u00ebn\u00eb, autor\u00ebt e tij vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb nderohen, \u00e7ka reflekton nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs kulturore t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
