{"id":11875,"date":"2026-01-28T15:24:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aidssh.al\/?p=11875"},"modified":"2026-01-28T15:27:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T14:27:17","slug":"90vjetori-per-ismail-kadarene-te-njoftohet-partia-dhe-materiali-te-ruhet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aidssh.al\/en\/90vjetori-per-ismail-kadarene-te-njoftohet-partia-dhe-materiali-te-ruhet\/","title":{"rendered":"#90vjetori \u201dP\u00ebr Ismail Kadaren\u00eb: T\u00eb njoftohet Partia dhe materiali t\u00eb ruhet\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sot sh\u00ebnohet 90-vjetori i lindjes s\u00eb shkrimtarit Ismail Kadare, nj\u00eb nga figurat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe dhe evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumentet arkivore t\u00eb ish-Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit tregojn\u00eb se, edhe pse Ismail Kadare nuk u prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga represioni i regjimit gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, madje u vler\u00ebsua nga autoritetet zyrtare, ai ishte n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgim nga strukturat e diktatur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre dokumenteve i p\u00ebrket vitit 1977, periudh\u00eb kur u godit i ashtuquajturi \u201cgrup armik dhe antiparti\u201d n\u00eb art dhe kultur\u00eb, i kryesuar nga ish-ministri i Kultur\u00ebs Fadil Pa\u00e7rami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimeve, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e prodhuara n\u00ebn frik\u00ebn p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb edhe emrin e Ismail Kadares\u00eb, i cili p\u00ebrmendet si shkrimtar q\u00eb, sipas gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs, kishte \u201ctrajtuar realitetin me sy kritik\u201d, kishte shprehur mendime q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin vij\u00ebn zyrtare\u201ddhe kishte prodhuar poezi e artikuj t\u00eb konsideruar problematik\u00eb p\u00ebr ideologjin\u00eb.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokumenti me sh\u00ebnimin \u201cP\u00ebr Ismail Kadaren\u00eb: T\u00eb njoftohet Partia dhe materiali t\u00eb ruhet\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e mekanizmit t\u00eb frik\u00ebs dhe interpretimit ideologjik t\u00eb krijmat\u00ebris\u00eb letrare dhe mbajtjes n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb individit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, dokumenti nuk ka prodhur nd\u00ebshkim por sipas filozofes Hannan Arhend, tw tilla dokumente e mbajnw individin n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje pasigurie t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme, \u00e7\u2019ka s \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga format m\u00eb efikase t\u00eb dominimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb \u201cOrigjina e totalitarizmit\u201d, Arendt shpjegon se regjimet totalitare nuk kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb godasin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht; mjafton q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb potencialisht t\u00eb goditsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht kjo ndodh k\u00ebtu: shkrimtari nuk d\u00ebnohet, por regjistrohet, interpretohet, arkivohet dhe mbahet n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgim, nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shnd\u00ebrruar lirin\u00eb krijuese n\u00eb vet\u00eb-kontroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transkipti i deklarimeve t\u00eb Fadil Pa\u00e7ramit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUn\u00eb kam pasur pik\u00ebpamje n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vij\u00ebn e Partis\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e trajtimit t\u00eb konflikteve n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, artit dhe kultur\u00ebs. Konfliktet n\u00eb gjirin e popullit i kam nxjerr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mprehta se \u00e7\u2019duhej, veprim ky q\u00eb shpinte n\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb padrejta, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vij\u00ebn e Partis\u00eb p\u00ebr konfliktet n\u00eb gjirin e popullit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me k\u00ebto pik\u00ebpamje kam inkurajuar edhe krijues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr ta trajtuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e konflikteve n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb. Biseda t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kam zhvilluar me Ibrahim Uru\u00e7in, Kujtim Spahivoglin, Bardhyl Kosoven, Riza Hajrion, Qamil Buxhelin dhe Ismail Kadaren\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me k\u00ebto pik\u00ebpamje kam shtremb\u00ebruar realitetin ton\u00eb, duke e trajtuar burokratizmin si nj\u00eb fenomen q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb gjera tek ne, aparatet dhe administratat tona krejt t\u00eb burokratizuara dhe drejtuesit si burokrat\u00eb. Duke vepruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, hapa shteg q\u00eb edhe krijues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si Qamil Buxheli, Fadil Pa\u00e7rami, Ismail Kadareja, Fatos Arapi, Sulejman Mato, Viktor Gjika etj., t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e folklorit kam mbajtur q\u00ebndrime q\u00eb mohonin vlerat e folklorit dhe hapnin rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr shfaqje t\u00eb huaja. Dua t\u00eb theksoj k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb tilla nj\u00eb artikull t\u00eb Ismail Kadares\u00eb, q\u00eb b\u00ebnte fjal\u00eb kund\u00ebr shfaqjeve t\u00eb folklorizimit n\u00eb disa shkrimtar\u00eb e poet\u00eb, si tek Kol Jakova n\u00eb poem\u00ebn \u201cKruja\u201d etj., por q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt i b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb goditje vet\u00eb folklorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mua m\u00eb p\u00eblqeu ky artikull sepse ishte i p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt me pik\u00ebpamjet e mia n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb folklorit dhe t\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr folklorizmit, por q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt luftohej vet\u00eb folklori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb fenomen tjet\u00ebr i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm n\u00eb poezin\u00eb ton\u00eb ka qen\u00eb edhe krijimtaria q\u00eb e shikon gjith\u00e7ka me syrin kritik n\u00eb realitetin shqiptar. Kjo lloj poezie n\u00eb fakt mori karakterin e denigrimit t\u00eb vet\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb sistemit ton\u00eb.
