P\u00ebrmes ekspozitave dokumentare, konferencave shkencore, bashk\u00ebpunimeve me institucione nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe publikimit t\u00eb dokumenteve arkivore, kemi k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb sjellim n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje jo vet\u00ebm faktet historike, por edhe dimensionin etik t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e sotme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historia e \u201cBes\u00ebs\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga historit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme morale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. \u00cbsht\u00eb historia e familjeve, komuniteteve dhe individ\u00ebve q\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebt t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, zgjodh\u00ebn t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore, duke vendosur dinjitetin dhe humanizmin mbi frik\u00ebn dhe rrezikun personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por kjo histori nuk pati nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e pasluft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga dramat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs son\u00eb historike \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se kultura e Bes\u00ebs \u2014 kultura e solidaritetit, e mbrojtjes s\u00eb tjetrit, e besimit dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb morale \u2014 u p\u00ebrball m\u00eb pas me eg\u00ebrsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb sistemi q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi frik\u00ebn si mekaniz\u00ebm qeverisjeje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arkivat e Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit tregojn\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjen mes k\u00ebtyre dy bot\u00ebve: mes kultur\u00ebs tradicionale shqiptare t\u00eb solidaritetit dhe logjik\u00ebs totalitare t\u00eb dyshimit, survejimit dhe izolimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigurimi i Shtetit nuk goditi vet\u00ebm individ\u00ebt. Ai goditi besimin mes njer\u00ebzve. Goditi kujtes\u00ebn familjare. Goditi solidaritetin shoq\u00ebror. Goditi aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e njeriut p\u00ebr t\u2019i q\u00ebndruar pran\u00eb tjetrit pa frik\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb dosje gjejm\u00eb histori familjesh t\u00eb survejuara sepse ruanin kontakte me t\u00eb af\u00ebrm jasht\u00eb vendit; njer\u00ebz t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkuar sepse ndihmonin familje t\u00eb internuara; individ\u00eb q\u00eb stigmatizoheshin vet\u00ebm sepse refuzonin t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin pjes\u00eb e mekanizmit t\u00eb denoncimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron nj\u00eb nga arsyet pse historia e \u201cBes\u00ebs\u201d ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kaq t\u00eb madhe edhe sot: sepse ajo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb morale q\u00eb mbijetoi p\u00ebrball\u00eb frik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb pun\u00ebn e AIDSSH-s\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga element\u00ebt m\u00eb prek\u00ebs q\u00eb del nga dokumentet \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht solidariteti njer\u00ebzor. Edhe n\u00eb periudha represioni ekstrem, njer\u00ebzit gjenin m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur dinjitetin e tjetrit \u2014 duke ndar\u00eb ushqim me familjet e p\u00ebrndjekura, duke ruajtur letra e fotografi t\u00eb ndaluara, duke mos d\u00ebshmuar kund\u00ebr fqinjit apo mikut, duke mbajtur gjall\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb heshtje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse ne e shohim Muzeun \u201cBesa\u201d jo vet\u00ebm si nj\u00eb muze historie, por si nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb etike t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb lejoni, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, t\u00eb prezantoj nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb AIDSSH-s\u00eb, e cila p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb hap dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta afruar dokumentin historik me qytetarin. Kemi krijuar nj\u00eb platform\u00eb online t\u00eb aksesit, studimit dhe interpretimit t\u00eb burimeve arkivore \u2014 MEDIATEK\u00cbN. Mediateka synon ta b\u00ebj\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme, m\u00eb t\u00eb hapur dhe m\u00eb dialoguese, sidomos p\u00ebr brezat e rinj, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet ta njohin t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn jo si nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt, por si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre qytetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke lexuar dosjet e Sigurimit, kuptojm\u00eb gjithashtu se njohja jon\u00eb p\u00ebr elit\u00ebn politike shqiptare t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs para vitit 1939 dhe gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar shpesh p\u00ebrmes gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb armiq\u00ebsis\u00eb ideologjike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Figura si Ahmet Zogu, Mehdi Frash\u00ebri, Eqrem Libohova, Mustafa Kruja, Kadri Cakrani, Xhafer Deva, por edhe prefekt\u00eb e administrator\u00eb lokal\u00eb, jan\u00eb trajtuar p\u00ebr dekada vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes etiketimit politik t\u00eb regjimit komunist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, dokumentet dhe k\u00ebrkimi historik nxjerrin edhe nj\u00eb tablo tjet\u00ebr \u2014 m\u00eb komplekse dhe shpesh t\u00eb panjohur \u2014 ku disa prej k\u00ebtyre figurave pat\u00ebn role konkrete n\u00eb mbrojtjen, strehimin apo mosdor\u00ebzimin e hebrenjve gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo nuk k\u00ebrkon glorifikim dhe as rehabilitim automatik. Por k\u00ebrkon ndershm\u00ebri historike. K\u00ebrkon guximin p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb historin\u00eb jasht\u00eb skemave bardh\u00eb e zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historia b\u00ebhet m\u00eb e drejt\u00eb jo kur thjeshtohet, por kur kuptohet n\u00eb kompleksitetin e saj njer\u00ebzor dhe historik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhe pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu lidhet edhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia europiane e k\u00ebtij projekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kultura bashk\u00ebkohore e kujtes\u00ebs n\u00eb Europ\u00eb \u2014 sidomos ajo e formuar nga p\u00ebrballja me Holokaustin \u2014 na m\u00ebson se kujtesa nuk nd\u00ebrtohet mbi heshtjen, por mbi dokumentimin, reflektimin dhe pranimin e kompleksitetit t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, Muzeu \u201cBesa\u201d mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb nga hap\u00ebsirat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shqiptare t\u00eb edukimit qytetar dhe t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs kritike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse kushtetutat moderne mbrojn\u00eb lirin\u00eb, dinjitetin dhe rendin demokratik, at\u00ebher\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb edhe kulturat morale q\u00eb i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundura k\u00ebto vlera.
