Duke pasur parasysh funksionin e tyre, k&euml;ta t&euml; rinj zgjidheshin nga familjet m&euml; besnik&euml; ndaj partis&euml;. N&euml; aktivitetin e kontrollit p&euml;rgjat&euml; kufijve p&euml;rfshiheshin edhe banor&euml; nga popullsia lokale, t&euml; cil&euml;t indoktrinoheshin n&euml; m&euml;nyr&euml; periodike dhe ishin t&euml; vetmit civil&euml; q&euml; kishin leje p&euml;r t&euml; mbajtur arm&euml; n&euml; sht&euml;pi, kryesisht trofe t&euml; Luft&euml;s s&euml; Dyt&euml; Bot&euml;rore. P&euml;r k&euml;t&euml; arsye edhe gjat&euml; pro&ccedil;esit t&euml; &ldquo;shpopullimit&rdquo; q&euml; filloi n&euml; vitin 1945, qeveria e koh&euml;s u kujdes q&euml; t&euml; largonte nga zonat kufitare t&euml; gjitha familjet q&euml; konsideroheshin m&euml; pak besnike ndaj regjimit dhe urdh&euml;roi transferimin e tyre n&euml; vende larg kufijve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SQ;\">Nd&euml;rkoh&euml; q&euml; bota kisht&euml; vendosur rregulla p&euml;r mbrojtjen e personave q&euml; kalonin kufijt&euml; e vendeve t&euml; tyre jo legalisht, n&euml;p&euml;rmjet Konvent&euml;s s&euml; Gjenev&euml;s p&euml;r Statusin e Refugjat&euml;ve, e cila u miratua n&euml; 28 korrik 1951 dhe hyri n&euml; fuqi m&euml; 22 prill 1954, n&euml; shqip&euml;ri vijonin ekzekutimet dhe arrestimet ndaj shtetasve t&euml; cil&euml;t p&euml;rpiqeshin t&euml; kalonin kufijt&euml; e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SQ;\">Pran&euml; arkivit t&euml; AIDSSH-s&euml; ruhet dhe administrohet nj&euml; larmi e madhe dokumentesh arkivore, t&euml; cilat p&euml;rmbajn&euml; dhe trajtojn&euml; informacione e t&euml; dh&euml;na rreth <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SQ; mso-fareast-language: JA;\">personave q&euml; ja kan&euml; dal&euml; t&euml; shp&euml;tojn&euml; nga regjimi komunist, personave q&euml; u &euml;sht&euml; privuar liria e l&euml;vizjes dhe atyre q&euml; jan&euml; ekzekutuar n&euml; tentativ&euml; p&euml;r t&euml; kaluar kufirin n&euml; zonat Kor&ccedil;&euml;, Ersek&euml; dhe Pogradec.
