Tradhtare!&#8221; k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb t\u00eb Arshi Pip\u00ebs n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij &#8220;Nemesis&#8221; p\u00ebrmbledhin nj\u00eb nga paragjykimet m\u00eb t\u00eb thella t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Por kush ishin me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ata q\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb largohen nga vendi n\u00eb vitet 1944-1990? A ishin realisht &#8220;tradhtar\u00eb t\u00eb atdheut&#8221;, &#8220;reaksionar\u00eb&#8221;, &#8220;armiq t\u00eb popullit&#8221; apo thjesht njer\u00ebz q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb shp\u00ebtonin nga nj\u00eb regjimi q\u00eb i p\u00ebrndiqte pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb historia e Shkodr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb qytet me tradita t\u00eb pasura kulturore dhe fetare, q\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs komuniste u kthye n\u00eb aren\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme represioni dhe dhune. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, rr\u00ebfimi i tyre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshmi e vuajtjeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli, por edhe testament i q\u00ebndres\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr liri dhe dinjitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse ka nj\u00eb qytet q\u00eb mish\u00ebron plag\u00ebn e thell\u00eb t\u00eb persekutimit komunist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Shkodra. Qyteti i kultur\u00ebs, besimit dhe dijes, u godit pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb nga regjimi totalitar komunist q\u00eb nga dita e par\u00eb e ardhjes n\u00eb pushtet, n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1944. Shkodra u shpall &#8220;armike strategjike&#8221; nga Sigurimi i Shtetit jo p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb m\u00ebkat t\u00eb sajin, por p\u00ebr vlerat q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte: trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb katolike, elit\u00ebn intelektuale, tradit\u00ebn qytetare dhe shpirtin e lir\u00eb t\u00eb mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Dhuna q\u00eb synonte t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrronte shpirtin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makineria e dhun\u00ebs filloi me goditjen sistematike ndaj fes\u00eb. Kisha katolike, q\u00eb p\u00ebr dekada kishte ndri\u00e7uar jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore dhe arsimore t\u00eb qytetit, u godit me eg\u00ebrsi. Ipeshkvij, prift\u00ebrinj dhe laik\u00eb u pushkatuan, u burgos\u00ebn, u internuan. Kishat u mbyll\u00ebn, seminar\u00ebt u shuan, e dhjet\u00ebra martir\u00eb u flijuan vet\u00ebm pse besonin n\u00eb Zot. Dhuna ndaj fes\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr tejkaloi \u00e7do p\u00ebrmas\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb vend. Elita intelektuale m\u00ebsues, shkrimtar\u00eb, artist\u00eb e profesor\u00eb u sh\u00ebnjestrua si armike e regjimit. Librat u sekuestruan, bibliotekat familjare u pla\u00e7kit\u00ebn, dhe \u00e7do shkrim i pavarur u ndalua. Kultura u nd\u00ebshkua, jo p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, por p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte. M\u00ebsues q\u00eb kishin formuar breza, u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb &#8220;reaksionar\u00eb&#8221;, nd\u00ebrsa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre u ndaluan t\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrronin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sigurimi i Shtetit ishte vegla e tmerrit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigurimi i Shtetit nd\u00ebrtoi n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrjet t\u00eb dendur survejimi. Lagje t\u00eb t\u00ebra ishin n\u00ebn v\u00ebzhgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm. Familjet e njohura si Fishta, Koliqi, Bushati, Shllaku, \u00c7oba, Markagjoni u shpall\u00ebn &#8220;armiq t\u00eb klas\u00ebs&#8221;. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre u mohuan e drejta p\u00ebr arsimim dhe pun\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa shpesh p\u00ebrfunduan n\u00eb kampe internimi apo burgje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kampi i Tepelen\u00ebs, Savr\u00ebs, Grabjanit, Gradisht\u00ebs dhe burgjet e Burrelit, Spa\u00e7it e Qaf\u00eb Barit u mbush\u00ebn me qytetar\u00eb shkodran\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, gra e burra q\u00eb guxuan t\u00eb shprehnin nj\u00eb mendim ndryshe. N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1945-1949, qindra veta u pushkatuan pa gjyq. Zalli i Kirit dhe varrezat e Rrmajit jan\u00eb ende d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb gjalla t\u00eb krimeve q\u00eb duan t\u00eb harrohen, por s&#8217;mund t\u00eb fshihet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>T\u00eb zhdukurit mbeten nj\u00eb dhimbje pa varr<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga plag\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb thella t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti jan\u00eb t\u00eb zhdukurit politik\u00eb. Jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb u mor\u00ebn nat\u00ebn, nuk u kthyen kurr\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr ta nuk u la as nj\u00eb varr. Familjet jetuan me ankthin e nj\u00eb lajmi q\u00eb nuk erdhi kurr\u00eb. Nuk pati dosje, nuk pati shpjegim vet\u00ebm heshtje vdekjeprur\u00ebse. Pas dekadash, varrezat masive nis\u00ebn t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb histori q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon drejt\u00ebsi. T\u00eb zhdukurit nuk jan\u00eb numra: jan\u00eb baballar\u00ebt, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, bijt\u00eb dhe bijat tona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Rezistenca: Fjala e liris\u00eb nuk u shua<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj dhune, Shkodra nuk heshti. Nga malet e veriut, grupe rezistence t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga figura si Prek Cali, Jup Kazazi, Llesh Marashi, kund\u00ebrshtuan pushtetin me arm\u00eb dhe me ideal. Kjo ishte nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb q\u00eb regjimi e quajti &#8220;reaksionare&#8221;, por historia e njeh si p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur lirin\u00eb. Arratisjet u b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr form\u00eb e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs. Mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb e gra, lan\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka pas p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga vdekja dhe dhuna. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Sigurimit, 924 shkodran\u00eb u arratis\u00ebn nga vendi shum\u00eb prej tyre humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar kufirin. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet guximit t\u00eb tyre, ata d\u00ebshmuan se liria nuk vdes: ajo thjesht mbahet peng p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Emigrant\u00ebt politik\u00eb jo tradhtar\u00eb, por shtylla t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regjimi i portretizoi t\u00eb arratisurit si &#8220;armiq t\u00eb popullit&#8221;, &#8220;kolaboracionist\u00eb&#8221; dhe &#8220;agjent\u00eb t\u00eb huaj&#8221;. Por n\u00eb realitet, ata ishin patriot\u00eb, elit\u00eb mendimi, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe besimit q\u00eb u detyruan t\u00eb largoheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar jet\u00ebn dhe dinjitetin. Emra si Mit&#8217;hat Frash\u00ebri, Ernest Koliqi, Arshi Pipa, Martin Camaj, Eqrem bej Vlora, Abaz Kupi, Tahir Kolgjini e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u baltos\u00ebn, por veprat e tyre jan\u00eb sot gur themeli i identitetit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb New York, n\u00eb m\u00ebrgat\u00ebn shqiptare, d\u00ebgjohen ende z\u00ebra si ai i zonj\u00ebs Mri Mrnacaj, larguar n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are, pasi kulla e familjes iu dogi dhe babai u vra nga regjimi. Ky dhe shum\u00eb rr\u00ebfime t\u00eb tjera, si ato t\u00eb projektuara n\u00eb iniciativat &#8220;Dhe muret kan\u00eb vesh\u00eb, jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kujtes\u00ebs son\u00eb kolektive d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb nj\u00eb dhimbjeje q\u00eb nuk u shua kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>E v\u00ebrteta si detyrim moral<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sot, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr zbardhjen e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs po shtohen, konferenca &#8220;Emigracioni Politik Shqiptar 1944-1990&#8221; dhe simpoziumi &#8220;Shkodra, Kufiri i Shprehjes dhe i Vdekjes&#8221;, vijn\u00eb si akte kujtese dhe drejt\u00ebsie. Ato nuk jan\u00eb thjesht ngjarje akademike, por momente t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme reflektimi dhe vet\u00ebdijesimi. Q\u00ebllimi i tyre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb vuajtje, por t\u00eb rikthejn\u00eb dinjitetin e viktimave, t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn historike dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukurit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrbalturit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ish-Sigurimi i Shtetit, i njohur si &#8220;Arma e Partis\u00eb&#8221;, sh\u00ebrbeu si makineria q\u00eb shtypi mendimin ndryshe, shkat\u00ebrroi elitat dhe zhduku me dhun\u00eb \u00e7do z\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtues Dokumentet arkivore, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb dhe statistikat jan\u00eb sot mjetet q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebfyer at\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr dekada u hesht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un\u00eb vet\u00eb, si nj\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrjetuar internimin, persekutimin dhe tortur\u00ebn, flas sot jo si viktim\u00eb, por si d\u00ebshmitar i gjall\u00eb. Flas p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukurit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurit q\u00eb nuk lan\u00eb asgj\u00eb pas p\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb kujtese t\u00eb dhimbshme dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese t\u00eb heshtur: &#8220;mos na harroni&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb, t\u00eb flasim, t\u00eb sh\u00ebrojm\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruajtja e kujtes\u00ebs historike dhe nderimi i atyre q\u00eb u flijuan jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.
